These are just a few of the wedding menus that we have done in 2011. 
They are as varied as our clients - from the very traditional to the contemporary
and everything in between.
As chef, I love to customize the menus to fit our clients dreams. 
But sometimes, we do have to have a reality meeting about
budget and priorities
It is my job to give the client the most I can for the budget we are have.
I know how to do that.
I have been a caterer for 20 years.
It is not always how much money
the client has for the budget,
but how well that money is spent.
